My home-based studio is private and available by appointment. An initial assessment is included in your first session. All training sessions are 55 minutes with the exception of your first session, approx 75 min. After our interview, we will run through movement patterns to discover your joint mobility, muscle flexibility, and strength. We will run through basic movements (squat, hinge, push, pull, and carry) and work together to find circuits that will keep you moving safely and effectively.

pricing based on monthly membership fee (tax included):

One session/week $260 

Two sessions/week $480 

Three sessions/week $660

private training: individual and small group

Most clients prefer the one-on-one training sessions to fine-tune their movement and get the individual attention. Small groups are a great option if you have close friends or family that can help motivate and keep each accountable to your fitness. Inquire on pricing.
